Conference Notes:
- Welcome area: opens at 8:30 am, and the program will start at 9:00 am.
- PD certificates: will be with your name tags, and should be kept for proof of attendance.
- Refreshments: are allowed in the session rooms. You are welcome to bring these with you for the start of the day.
- Brunch: hot & cold beverages will be provided with brunch.
- Water bottles: water fountains are onsite for your use.
- Perfumed products: Please restrict their use, to be respectful to others near you.
- Accessibility: If you need any accessibility accommodation, please contact us at email.
- Photos & videos: will be taken at the event and used on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be included in these, please notify us by email.
- Parking: Special arrangements have been made for parking at the pay-and-display lot at the International Centre. By displaying a $4 printed ticket from the pay-and-display machines at the parking lot, you will be fully covered for the event.
